***The Pier 7 Restaurant at the Channel Inn Hotel is closing on March 31st due to scheduled construction and redevelopment along the Southwest Waterfront in Washington, DC. As a result, the May 1st ITPA luncheon will be held at the Key Bridge Marriott in Arlington, VA.

ITPA, NCC Luncheon Cancellation Policy: For all paid luncheon events, if you have submitted payment and cannot attend, you may select another member of your company or organization to attend in your place. You may also cancel 48 hours before the event for a full refund. If you have any questions or would like to notify us of a cancellation or substitution, please contact us at: 301-587-5353 x.32 or

On-Site Registrations: Registrations will be accepted on site based on availability. On site registration may not be available for all events.

Inclement Weather Event Cancellation Notice:
All ITPA events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather and ITPA reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event. If the event is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, paid registrants will be given a full refund. If the event is cancelled and will be rescheduled, registrants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund. Registrants will not receive a refund if the event is not cancelled. Decisions regarding event cancellations will be emailed as soon as possible and no later than 3 hours prior to the event. Should no contrary updates be posted, the event is deemed to be active.
